After this I looked, and there was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, robed in white, with palm branches in their hands. They cried out in a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who is seated on the throne and to the Lamb!”~Revelation 7:9-10 (New Revised Standard Version Updated Edition.
This Sunday, November 1st, is All Saints Day, where we will remember and honor the saints who have gone to heaven, from labor to reward. We will remember the saints in our lives, those who impacted our lives, and now rest with the ancestors.
As we continue on our “Moving Forward in Faith” journey, we “remember those saints who showed us the way.” It is through their faith and trust in God that they were able to leave us with a legacy through the seeds they planted in our lives. The seeds that were planted are with us forever from generation to generation, allowing the saints to continue to be with us on our own journey of faith with hope.
I invite you to join us for Sunday worship at 10:30 a.m. ET, in person or online, or to watch later on demand.
Loving God, help us to continue to move forward in faith with hope as we remember those saints in our lives who showed us the way. Amen.

Moving Foward in Faith,
Rev. Jo-Anne Ludy
